Lived in for 2 years full time. Fridge has been upgraded to a residential one. Has a new LG washer/dryer that works great. Master bedroom mattress has been upgraded to a Brooklyn mattress. Had the electric auto level system. The two main doors have been upgraded to the key pad. You can unlock them with a code, key or the key fob. All of the doors have ring sensors installed on them so if you want to use a ring system its partially setup. Will come with heated 5pft water hose, sewer pipes, surge protector, wheel locks and extra stabilizer jacks. Shower has been upgraded as well. There's a hole in the wall where the washer is you can see in the picture. The tub is cracked but I repaired it with eterabon tape. I was waiting till another crack happen to replace the tub. I priced them and they're about $200. Has normal wear and tear from living in it full time but all the little kinks are worked out and fix. If you have question feel free to hit me up.
