The unit is in great condition and well looked after. We used it a lot this summer, but will be leaving the country soon, so are wanting to sell the trailer so that someone else can enjoy it. It includes all the amenities of most Geo Pros, including 13' awning, lots of storage, outside grill, full bathroom with bath tub, and full kitchen. **We also have some extras included, such as a receiver hitch welded to the rear of the frame, strong enough to hold up to 600 lbs.
