2015 Winnebago Minnie Winnie 31K Class C RV is in exceptional condition and has only 15k miles. The interior is very clean and is like new and will sleep 4 adults and 4 children. Tires have less than 12k miles on them. Heater and air conditioner both run great! Dual mounted stabilizing scissor jacks in the rear. New awning with protective metal cover installed in fall of 2020. Replaced house batteries with 2 Trojans in 2018. Replaced side door lock Nov 2021. Slide out works flawlessly. Engine oil replaced yearly or every 3000-5000 miles. Generator oil changed at 50 hours and starts right up. Additional accessories included: invertor for power without running generator, tire covers, windshield cover, 2 extra stabilizing scissor jacks, bag of tools, toaster oven and willing to leave any extras that are in the RV in it. Also willing to throw in a Steel Tow dolly, with 2 extra fenders, and new wheel bearings in the box. Wiring on the dolly replaced fully 2 years ago. Please see pictures. Selling due to kids are both in traveling club sports and would rather it have a family that could use it more. This RV is great and has provided a lot of fun trips and memories over the last four years for our family.
