Great shape. Lots of storage. Has 50-gl fresh water, 50-gl grey water & 50-gl black water. Awning 1 yr old. A 2nd battery was added. Has 2 CD/VHS TV's. Great trailer for family. Pack n Play feature allows for huge storage room with easy full door access. "Master" bedroom at one end, bunk beds at the other! Lower bunk is double wide, upper is single wide. When our kids were a bit smaller we had 2 families for a 3 day weekend and fit 4 adults & 8 kids. Great fun! Great look and coloring inside and out. No slideouts.
