There is a huge 7000 Onan generator and propane/electric water and a propane heating system. It heats up the coach pretty quick! There are 2 ceiling fans equipped with rain guards so you can use them while raining if desired. 2 AC units one brand new in living space for maximum efficiency. Only one is needed even in the Florida heat as either one blows very cold and cools the entire coach. Nicely remodeled. Painted a calming off-white with natural color vinyl plank flooring throughout. New soft close cabinets in kitchen with quartz countertops and undermount sinks in both kitchen and bath. The kitchen is also equipped with a residential refrigerator. Brushed gold tone hardware and knobs throughout. Slide out spans the length of the living and dining space. The couch pulls out to a never used double bed and the dining area has a square table with 2 pull out extensions and 4 mid-century modern chairs. The rear bedroom has a slide with a super comfy 10” memory foam mattress with dry dec under to prevent mold and also has a decent size storage area underneath. The bedroom also has a 67" bar/ table area that can be used as a desk area or vanity area. This beautiful coach has numerous cabinets and drawers throughout with deep pull out pantry and bedroom drawers. Bedroom closet is very big and also has hanging rods in 2 other cabinets. The outside has 8 storage compartments. The coach is a 2003 so she’s not perfect and shows some signs of wear on the exterior.
