The coach is in excellent/new condition. Last serviced by at the Newmar facility. Includes 50,000 mile / 5 yr extended and assumable warranty. Tyron bands installed. Has both in-motion and traveler antenna. Selling due to the health of my wife has changed. The motorhome is located at the Pelican Lake Motorcoach Resort in Naples, FL. We've had to work out some bugs of a brand new coach, but everything is now working great. All service records available.
