It is a rear slide out - when slide out is in, it is 28'6"; when the slide out is out, it is 33'.
The bunks in the front can be spring loaded up when not in use.
We have used this toy hauler twice - locally. It is practically brand new. There is not a single issue with it. It has been covered since we bought it when not in use. We were hoping to get to use it more but with our new work schedules, it just doesn't allow us to do so. There is no need or rush for us to sell it so serious inquiries only. A valid bank cashier's check is the only thing we will accept.
