This unit is only 6 months old. We bought it new in May 2021. It is all set up in a very nice RV park in Ocala, Fl. The rent is reasonable and it is ready to be lived in if that is what you are looking for. The park offers free water and a modest fee for electric. It features Spectrum TV. If you go to the Forest River website and look for the Sandpiper model #368 FBDS you can see all of the features of this unit. We had a custom mattress made for it at The Original Mattress Factory which is a definite upgrade to what came with the unit. There is a full size sleeper/sofa in the living area which has never been used. What makes this unit special is that it features 2 toilets plus a very spacious shower. There is a walk-in closet plus a washer and dryer hook space. It is still under manufacturer's warranty. I am asking $65,500 obo. Call 352-390-7592 for any additional information.
