We are the original owners. Title is free and clear. Very few mods, as we like the OEM package a lot. We did add the wrap around shower surround, Sumo support springs in rear, factory ladder and bike rack, and Michelin Agilis Cross-climate tires have 6,000 miles on them. This RV has been Dealer maintained and is in excellent condition. Very easy to drive and a very tight turning radius. All dials and systems are in perfect working order. This unit is road ready and just needs a new adventure. The size for standard parking, Boondocking, exploring National Parks or City driving, is a huge advantage. We enjoy the unit a great deal, but don't travel enough to warrant keeping it.
