RV Description

Hard to find 1990 Toyota Winnebago Warrior, updated with solar and backup cam. Small enough to drive anywhere but big on interior space and storage. This Toyota RV is in great shape and ready to hit the road as is. This isn't the model with the couch. This is the model you can park in a normal spot. It's not fancy but it’s reliable AF. I lived in her full time for around 9 months, working my dayjob remotely during workhours and adventuring during my free time.Clean title. Mechanically sound. Well maintained. 14-16 MPG. Overdrive. AC blows cool. Modern refrigerant and refilled with Freon. No known leaks (professionally resealed). Under 9 ft tall; can fit in most drive-thrus. Sleeps 2 comfortably or 4 not so. Working stove, oven, refrigerator, 2 sinks, water heater, shower, toilet, MaxxFan. Has backup cam and solar power. USB outlets. Vinyl plank flooring. Comfy bed w/foam mattress. Solar system: 2x 100 Watt Renogy solar panels. Inverter - Giandel Pure Sine Wave Inverter, 1200 Watts continuous output power, 2400Watts peak, Rover Li 30 Amp MPPT Solar Charge Controller w/BT moduleIssues: There are a few cosmetic flaws but it is a 1990 and these are easily repaired. One small (sealed) chip in windshield Sound system doesn't work very well. I just use a bt speaker. Furnace occasionally makes an odd sound. I use a Mr. Heater on cold nights after it woke me up a couple times. No generator. The propane tank is slow to fill up. I made friends with the guy that refills my tank, because it takes from 20-30 minutes to refill. I've found that some places don't have a strong enough compressor to fill it up properly. The solar power + deep cycle battery suited my needs, which included working 8 hours a day on my laptop with a second monitor + peripherals + mobile hotspot, an air purifier running 24/7, and keeping all my gadgets charged. I bought a 298Wh Solar Generator Backup LiFePO4 Battery, 110V/320W Pure Sine Wave that I highly recommend, but I only really used on occasional power-hungry days to keep my battery above 50% to maintain battery health.Free goodies (take it or leave it): Telesteps 612TC Fully Automatic Telescoping Ladder, w/One-Touch Release, OSHA Compliant 6 ft A-frame/12 ft Extension Telescoping Combi Ladder ($400). Mr. Heater Propane Heater ($200) IKEA mattress topper, full ($89), Black and Decker Handheld Vacuum, Cordless, 16V ($60) RV essentials: Water hose, water filter, sewage kit, leveling blocks, 5g gas jug, tank treatment, misc. spare parts
