This camper is ready for you and well equipped for boondocking. I love this RV and hate to part with it. I have put a lot of love and sweat equity into it. However, I am now a solo RV-er and looking to downsize. New tires, two 12v batteries installed new last year, rear camera, power tongue jack, gas grill that attaches to rear bumper with a gas line hookup already installed. The air conditioner has a “Soft Start” device that allows the air conditioner to run on a 2,000w or larger portable generator. Air conditioner recently serviced. Furnace works well. Thermostat control 1 slide-out, 32” television, entertainment center with beautiful glass door overhead cabinets and lower storage area. Remote controls for TV and entertainment center included. Exterior speakers. Exterior port for cable TV. Many of the storage areas and wardrobes have motion detection LED lights inside. This is an extended season camper with an enclosed underbelly. Lots of great storage including a wardrobe in the rear, a wardrobe/pantry combo in the middle, two more wardrobes on each side of the queen bed, with large storage area underneath the bed as well. Beautiful glass door cabinets over bed. The dining area seats 4 and converts to a bed. There is more storage under the three dining area bench seats. Loveseat converts to a bed and has storage area underneath. Double sink, countertop space with loads of more storage space underneath. 3 burner stove/oven, residential type refrigerator with a newly replaced control/igniter board. Bathroom has a sink with storage underneath. Mirrored medicine cabinet. Shower with glass doors. Lots of windows that provide great airflow. The roof and awning have recently been cleaned. The exterior has recently been cleaned and Poly-Glo treatment applied to give it that ‘shiny wet look.’ This RV looks like new. EaZ-Lift hitch is included in price.
