First owner only took two camping trips so we bought this beauty like new! My husband and I parked it on our property and stayed in it while we built our house. It’s been a fantastic Fifth Wheel. Absolutely no problems with it. We live at the base of the Sierras in Colfax California so we had cold and hot weather and the AC and heating works very well. The main feature of this RV is the bunk room with an extra 1/2 bath so you can have the kids in their own space. The master bed area is on the other side of the floor plan which is nice. The couch and table fold out to beds but have never been used. The shower has great head space and is a larger shower then most plans we saw when looking. Probably my only complaint was the medium appliances but only because we were living in it for a year. It’s a perfectly good size for camping and we were able to adjust. There’s also a lot of storage inside and outside.
First owner paid $42k for her in 2017. We paid $38k a year ago. Asking $32,500 OBO.
