To start off, there are Snap-pads installed on feet of the leveling jacks. You can relax in comfort reclining in the theater seats, while watching TV on the upgraded 43" smart TV! Boondocking isn't a problem thanks to the generator which is in perfect condition and has been serviced each year ,along with the rest of the coach. There is an electric fireplace and propane furnance and cooking stove. Across from the half-bath is a washer dryer prep area that can be an additional closet. Passenger Workstation and collapsible table between seats Upgraded 43” 4K Smart TV in living area. TV outside and TV in Bedroom(with hidden storage), 3 in ALL! Full body paint (not cheap decals) is on the entire coach which means there isn’t oxidation on the finish as there can be with many RVs and it’s not partial paint as are others on the market. Roof seals have been regularly inspected and touched up as needed to prevent water intrusion. Addionally we installed a Xantrex Freedom 3012 - 3000 watt Pure-Sine Inverter. Most coaches like these only have an 1800 modified sine inverter, plus we have 4 - 6 volt House Batteries replaced new in 2020. There is a 105 lb. propane tank to ensure the heat stays on longer during the colder seasons. Would you believe there is hidden storage in the stairs? Its perfect for shoes and pet leashes! We have a color rear camera monitoring system to make driving safer plus we upgraded all the interior speakers throughout coach. We also recently replaced exterior speakers, which are controlled by the rear bedroom radio system. The front tires were replaced in 2018
