It tows 5K lbs., has a 55g fuel tank, 60ga fresh, 35ga grey & black tanks, 30amp power, an Onan 4K gasoline generator with only 240 hours & a brand-new voltage regulator/motherboard. It has all LED interior lighting, a custom 9” queen mattress, new low-flow SS shower head, a DVD/CD stereo system with 4-speaker surround & a subwoofer. A new 15K BTU A/C unit was installed 5/19. Roof is like new & dehumidifier is always on in storage. Spring 2021 remodel: Replace carpet with waterproof LVT flooring, fresh paint, new custom trim, wallpaper & 4 coats of high-end cabinet primer/paint. Removed all cornices & built custom rear. All new curtains & upholstery, new seat foam in dinette, new 2-door dual-power refrigerator with custom white board panels, new giant 24x18x9 kitchen sink & faucet/sprayer, new vent hood, replaced bad cabinet doors, hinges, drawer glides & installed safety latches, new double towel bar & TP holder in bath. Hardwired a Renogy 700w inverter into panel & labeled breakers, new kitchen vent fan rain cover, 2 new 225aH VMAX AGM golf cart 6v house batteries, upgraded smart charger, new 32” LG LED TV, installed battery monitor, added pet screen & pull handle to screen door, new gas monitor & smoke detectors, new LED cab light, new HD rear camera & monitor, new porch light, custom entrance mat & fire extinguisher in cab. Upgraded to Hellwig front & rear sway bars to improve stability. Installed ScanGauge OBD reader to monitor engine & trans vitals. Cleaned cab carpet & added mud mats. New Goodyear front tires installed 5/21 with 10K miles on them. New rear wheel covers & a freshwater pump 7/21. Comes with a white vinyl windshield cover & a full body cover for storage.
