The floor is insulated with rigid foam and the ceiling/walls with sheep wool and reflectix.
The shower has a special custom built head which limits the water use to 0.675gal/minute while still providing a good pressure.
The liquid part from the toilet is transferred to the gray water tank through the use of a pump (you just have to push a button).
Outdoor shower. Possibility to fill the fresh water tank both by pressure or by gravity.
Spacious 110v fridge with ACTUAL freezer compartment (you can store frozen food/ice cream/etc).
The 12.2gal propane tank (located below the chassis and with a pressure regulator) powers the 3 burners stove, oven, tankless water heater and propane furnace (which also has a thermostat attached).
The inverter can be configured to be in standby (and consume less power) and only turn on when a supply of 20W+ of power is required. Enough for the fridge to work. We did not need to do that though due to the amount of battery storage we have and our solar panels.
The propane remote fill kit makes it easy for the propane tank to be refilled (not gotten any complain anywhere)
The gray water tank has an electrical ball valve that you can switch with your phone.
Also the fresh water pump as well as the ceiling lights can be switched on/off via phone.
One project I have never gotten myself to finish is a display showing the level of the water tanks as well as the level of propane. I'm available to complete if the buyer so wishes.
We've been living, traveling and working full time in our sweet and cozy campervan and it really has been like a real home on wheels. We knew what we needed to be able to live comfortably on the road and we built our van with that in mind, plus a lot of sweat, tears and love. Yes it isn't as big as a house but there isn't a lot missing inside, especially of the things you really need to live a good life!
