We purchased this trailer from a local dealer, two years ago. My mom lived in it on our property for 1 year. She didn't cook in it, really just for sleeping. We upgraded the two chairs for better one that have a foot rests. Everything works great inside and out. This trailer is rated for all four seasons. Fantastic trailer for a couple, the u-shaped table is also the pop out.
