Bought brand new lived in for 2 months max, everything works great. Fan installed to help circulate air flow. Sun shades purchased to help keep unit cool. New flooring throughout unit and new bathroom vanity installed. Only towed to point of delivery no other moves have been made, tires in great condition. Willing to sell with washer.
