This unit has only been on 6 trips for a total of 2500 miles so it has been used lightly. It is in excellent condition and very clean. It has a 15,000 btu A/C unit. A 4000 Onan generator was added at the time of purchase which comes in very handy. Maxxis tires were also bought and the spare is a Maxxis. The reason for selling is I realized that I didn't really need a toy hauler and going to downsize to a travel trailer in the 23 to 25 foot range.
