We purchased this from Reed's after the fire. It has been parked stationary since we purchased it (no wear and tear on unit). It is very comfortable but we no longer need it. Living area has 2 sofas which convert into queen size beds and dual power reclining chains, retractable flat screen tv, new electric fireplace heater, radio/dvd player with complete surround sound and beautiful window view when tv is down. 12 ft ceilings in kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom. Kitchen area has nice gas stove, oven, microwave/convection oven, large 4 door refrigerator, deep double sided sink, expanding island with dual trash can storage, very large panty/storage area, with Laundry Hookups, vacuum system, dinette with 4 chairs. Bedroom also has large king size walk around bed and large closet/storage wall with flat screen tv. Bathroom with sink, shower has built in bench and toilet. The entire ceiling of trailer is trimmed in LED light stripping, beautiful lighting through out, has retraceable charging stations, Has an electric awning, heated fresh/grey/black water tanks, outside flat screen tv, 6 point hydraulic auto leaving system, rear roof ladder, 5th wheel hitch for towing , brand new tires dual propane tanks, dual batteries, Have original user manuals/remotes, currently registered and have title in hand .
