The large living space is great. Extra large windows make it feel wide open.Everything is in good working condition, and some internal and external features have been replaced and upgraded as needed. Several extras are included, like a screen room, foldable 8' step ladder, patio matt, awning tie downs and more. We were told that it has "very good bones", built much better than the new ones coming off the lines today. We have seen absolutely no leaks, and we've been in a lot of rain!
