This is a solid class A pusher with a new engine. Oil plug fell out two days after I bought it and I have not used it but one time. Along with the new engine comes a new radiator, exhaust, all batteries, invertor/convertor, motherboard, block heater, alternator and belt. The engine was a new from the factory Cummins in October or 2020. The tires, windshield and toilet are newer and in great shape. The nose was also repainted recently to give it a non chipped appearance. The ice maker is bypassed because of known leakage and freeze problems. Ice maker is still there if you want to hook it up. The washer/dryer has been bypassed due to nonuse. It is still installed, but I've never used it. I have never used the awning, but they look to be serviceable and not tatttered. This is my third RV and by far the nicest. I know it is over book, but I have about 47 k into it and am willing to take a loss. My understanding it was under cover for a lot of it's life in Oregon and Colorado. It has recently been serviced and found by the truck mechanic to be in great shape. The rig is now being serviced by a RV tech and inspected. He installed a autodrip system for the batteries and also clean and serviced the jacks. The roof was serviced three years ago and resealed. I will give you both of those contacts to discuss recent repairs. There are a few cosmetic flaws but nothing that can't be addressed easily. I'll disclose those and can get some close ups before purchase. The carpet and upholstery are serviceable, but if I were to hold on to this I would upgrade them in due time. To me this is a rig ready for long trips due to the new engine and newer components. The exterior I would put at a 8 and interior a 6 for a rig this age. The exterior shines well when cleaned and looks classy without all those swoosh strips of the newer models. It is simply too much for me and it has been nothing but a sore point between the wife and I ever since purchase. I will deliver. Do not call if you are a dealer. Start the new year off right and travel! I might be open to a trade for a small trailer or VW style RV. The wife has given me a lifeline for a overnighter. LOL
