We are forced to sell our 1995 CC Concept 40, Coach #5189. This is a 4 owner coach and I have most of documentation since new. It has a 10,500kw Power Tech generator along with a 450HP, 8V92 Detroit Diesel engine, HWH leveling system, 3 A/C's. Recent engine service and ECM replaced. Previous owner kept the coach and maintenance in excellent condition and we have continued to improve. Built on a Gillig chassis making it one of the safest on the road. Upgraded TV's, added leather recliner. I also replaced the house batteries and the transfer switch.
