Selling RV for my parents. They purchased the vehicle used in 2010 and have been using it only once or twice a year since purchase. Vehicle is in fantastic condition especially when considering the age. This model year RV gets between 20 and 30 mpg on the highway. The 2.1L diesel engine runs well with no oil leaks. The 5 speed transmission shifts without issue. The vehicle has been winterized every year since purchase. All accessories and systems (plumbing, electrical, generator, heat/ac etc.) on the RV work. The interior is in great condition with no holes or scratches in the leather. The tops of the countertops are in great shape but the edges of the counter top do show some minor pulling. The wood interior does not have any large nicks or scratches. The air-conditioning unit was replaced earlier this year and the roof was resealed as it was due. The generator has 157 hours and starts immediately with the push button ignition. The RV has never been smoked in. The tires also have plenty of life with the fronts measuring 12/32in, the rear left measuring 8/32 in and the rear right measuring 10/32 in. See images for complete build sheet.
