RV Description

2004 Holiday Rambler Endeavor 40DST Triple Slide Diesel Pusher – Needs engine and radiator leak repair, have estimates from Cummins Service Center in Tucson. Sold As-Is. Cummins ISC 330 engine (no DEF) with 105K miles. 7500 Watt Onans/Cummins Generator with 1753 hours. The coach has two new Goodyear Endurance RSA steering axle tires, date code 0521. Rear tires are Hercules HSA, date code 4017. There are two living room slides and one bedroom slide. This model has a full rear bath and a mid half bath. The rear bath includes a washer/dryer combo. It also has two complete pass through basement bays. The first bay has a full slide out tray. It has been set up for boondocking with 800 watts of tiltable solar panels and with a full price offer will include two 100AH Lithium batteries. It has a Victron 100V/50A solar controller and a 2000 watt Xantrax inverter/charger with a Victron BMS. Fresh water capacity is 100 gallons, gray is 60 gallons, black is 40 gallons. Overall, a nice looking coach that runs and drives very nicely. It is dirty at the moment as we just returned from a 6,000 mile road trip and took it to Cummins immediately to estimate the repair work which is as follows. There is an oil leak(s), a radiator hose/gooseneck leak, and the radiator has a small leak. The estimate was $17K to repair all of that which included a new radiator. The estimate to repair the oil leak and hoses was $3500 (without radiator replacement). Cummins suggested it should be less expense and a good alternative to have the radiator repaired instead of replaced since the radiator cost alone was $9500. I only have a very rough estimate for that which is between $4000 and $5000. We have owned the coach for 3.5 years and lived in it full time for two. We have decided to no longer travel so we don’t want to spend the money to have it repaired and then just have it sit in storage. Other items worth noting, the dash air conditioner does not work, the rear roof air is low on freon, and the fuel gauge does not work. There is a brace that has rusted through that holds one of fender side panels. It is still securely attached and is not causing any problems. Thank you for viewing.
