Tires still have more than 75% tread on them. Propane tank included. Water filtration system works perfect with zero leaks, as does the propane heater. Yes there is a toilet and a shower stall area. I’ve never used the shower however. Beds have the upgraded mattress pads which are super soft. The door swings into place and the over all set up takes about 30 min. The raise/lower for the pop up part is all electric. The hitch lift/lower is all electric as well. The front open area is perfect for storage or a couple atvs and has a square fitting for bicycle rack holder that would normally go on a hitch. The side rail sections come off for easy access. The marine battery runs the led lights inside for when you want to bivwack. It’s ready to camp in! It’s not brand new obviously but it has been well taken care of.
