We bought this rig new off the lot in 2018. We’ve used it for full time living in CA for the last 3 years with just a handful of moves between local RV parks and 2 trips to/fro Washington state (our home base). We’ve kept up with all annual inspections and services, including resealing the roof as preventative measure due, replacing brakes (done in July ‘21) and servicing all appliances including AC units. Kind sized bed, 2 TVs, a lot of storage (take me seriously here, there’s A LOT). Outdoor kitchen and fridge. Comes with the red stabilizing blocks and JT strong arms.We upgraded to a residential microwave and Smart TV. Comes equipped with BT speakers in/out doors. Upgraded the blinds to black out blinds from the faux wooden. There is no fading or damage to the body of the rig and has been cleared by a professional RV repair company for sale, as we chose to have it inspected prior to listing. The not so pretty things in its life have been as follows: My husband has accidentally cracked the black tank by leaving the fresh water hooked up to the tank to clean it out prior to a move, leaving the tank itself closed. This caused a crack at the top of the tank that was immediately addressed by a professional rv repair company with all necessary checks completed to ensure no further damage was done. Secondly, when we bought the trailer the shower Pan and was not supported correctly leading to a crack in the pan at the drain that allowed water to seep in to the underbelly. This matter was handled by a professional rv repair company and was done so thoroughly and efficiently. The shower Pan was replaced, the fabric in the underbelly was removed to allow drying and treatment was applied to the wood itself to prevent any aftereffects of water. Fabric was reapplied after these steps and we’ve had no issues ever since. We have treated this rig with the most care and respect that one can give to their home on wheels. It does have normal cosmetic wear but the structure of the rig is sound and in good condition. We just don’t need this rig any more and would love to see it off to serve part in someone else’s story!
