This RV is in excellent condition, no problems. We bought it new Jan 2021. It has full factory warranty until Jan 2023. The dining table extends out to seat 4 and the extra chairs are stored under the bed. It has 50 amp service and is prepped for 2nd A/C. Also prepped for washer/dryer.The auto leveling is a great option, its fast and easy. The rv has Dexter axles and brakes, 16" Goodyear Endurance Tires. Included with the RV is a Anderson weight distribution hitch. Also there is huge belly storage area.The reason we are selling is because we bought a lot in North Ga and want to buy a Park Model to leave up there.
