This is a very rare 2018 Livin Lite Camp Lite 16 foot travel trailer. It’s extremely lightweight (3160 lbs. dry) and is super easy to tow, even with an SUV*. This is an VERY rare find, as the company was bought out two years ago and they no longer make these models. Something also unique about them is that the frames are made of aluminum instead of wood, so they are much more durable and will last much longer (will help resell value!).

It has a king sized bed (that converts to two twins AND a dinette!) with an additional mattress pad that I upgraded. It has a fully functional kitchen with microwave oven, 6 CF fridge (with actual freezer on top), and 3 burner gas stove. It has LOTS of storage space and a full dry bath. The cabinets and trim have a cool LED light that makes for an awesome blue lighting effect. It has one slide that makes for a surprisingly spacious living area for such a small trailer. It also has a 32” flat screen tv that swivels around so you can watch it from both the bed and the kitchen/couch. 

This trailer had only one owner before me. I’ve owned it since last August, and because I am a small business owner, unfortunately did not get a chance to use it or take it to any places. It just hung out in my shaded RV lot for the last year. The tires are almost brand new and it’s ready to find it’s next owner. I purchased it for myself when I was single and it was just me and my 35 pound dog. I now am engaged and have 4 animals, so we decided to upgrade to a larger RV.

*Was able to tow it pretty easily with a Toyota 4Runner. I would suggest a vehicle that can tow minimum of 4000-5000 pounds.
