22' 2012 Coachmen Freelander RV for sale. Very clean, easy to park! Only 21,483 miles - everything works great! 2 double beds, kitchen with huge fridge, bathroom with fullsize shower. Looking to downsize to a camper van.
We are the 2nd owner and purchased this RV last August. The first owner bought it in 2013 - so date of purchase was then. We have put about 2000 miles on it - lightly used for overnight trips locally. We have maintained it, run generator monthly, put 6 new tires on, 2 new batteries, changed the engine oil, & generator oil service is scheduled for August 10th, and added a brand new pull out sunshade.
One side is a little faded as the previous owner had a sun facing driveway on one side. The other side is crisp and dark.
We have kept it covered when not in use with an RV cover since we bought it last summer!
Very clean, no body damage, no dents.
1st owner added extra vents, DISH satelite, TV etc.
We had a full inspection done when we bought it & although tires were OK, we changed them out completely because I am big on good tires. The inspector also told us that there was some weathering on the top seal by the front overcab window and for us to caulk it - so we did. Other than that, he said it was excellent. We have babied it since. You are welcome to do an inspection - we used a mobile inspector last summer here in San Diego - it takes about 90 minutes.
The RV will come with all of the leveling blocks we purchased, an RV surge protector to use when plugging into campground power, a hose device that does backwashing which makes the RV dump process so much easier.
AC powers up on 30AMP power & generator.
Heat, Hot Water, Fridge and stove top run off propane. Fridge switched to power when plugged into land power. It's very frugal on the propane usage - we have not had to fill it very often!
I'm sorry I don't have the MPG because we have only taken it on little trips and haven't had to calc anything out. It's a v8 which has been much better on mileage than our last V10!
Inside is very clean. Comfy rig. Not in a hurry to sell, but we are interested in downsizing as my kid goes off to college soon and it's just the two of us now.
