Very well taken care of travel trailer with lots of memories made! We hate to part with it, but we just don’t use it as much as we would like. 
It is a wonderful home away from home with plenty of room and a ton of storage. The manufacturer says it sleeps 12, but realistically it will sleep 7 adults comfortably. The king size bed is comfortable and a rare find in a travel trailer. Much of the system can be controlled by your smart phone, with upgraded entertainment and lighting systems as well.
Everything is in good working order. There are zero major issues with this trailer. We live in FL and camping in the summer is very doable because of the powerful A/Cs. The auto leveling jacks are also a time saver. Press 2 buttons and your trailer is level 3 minutes later!
We purchased it brand new and have kept it in top shape. There is no water damage, it has been freshly polished and waxed and the roof was just cleaned and protected with a UV blocker. The tires are in good condition and the brakes work very well. There are your normal “wear and tear” items, like small scratches and dings, but overall nothing very noticeable.
This trailer will come with all the ‘extras’ you’ll need to buy if you purchase a brand new trailer. It will come with a drinking water hose, brand new  in-line water filter, water pressure regulator, spray hose, upgraded sewage drain, cable wire, 4x Lynx Leveling blocks, roof cleaner and UV protectant kit, fiberglass polish, wax, and a few black water drop-in tank treatment tabs. Some linens for the beds will also be included.
We also have a 4-point, 12,000 lb Equal-i-zer hitch that can be included at an additional cost (new, they are almost $700 but we can work something out). We HIGHLY recommend one for safe towing! We towed the trailer with a 2016 F-150 so it’s already set-up for that hitch height.
