Additional features: 2nd A/C in the bedroom connected to a common plenum with the living room A/C (keeps you cool even in AZ summer). 2 fantastic fans with Maxx Air vent covers. Electric Fireplace with heat element. Backup camera with monitor. 6 lock arm stabilizer bars and electric rear stabilizer jacks (very stable at the campsite). Titan hydraulic disc brakes (stops fast and does not fade like electric drum brakes). Goodyear Endurance tires with plenty of tread. Safe RV Power transfer switch (allows you to get 50 amp power from a 30 amp pedestal to run both A/C units at the same time utilizing the 30 amp and 20 amp outlet). MORryde SRE 4000 suspension system (smoother ride). 100 watt solar panel with 30 amp controller (easily add an additional panel to keep batteries charged when in storage or dry camping). 2 deep cycle 6 volt batteries. All LED lighting, inside and outside (very low power draw). Sink and bathroom faucet have been replaced with residential Moen faucets. The shower has an Oxygenics shower head (low water usage without feeling like your getting cheated out of a good shower) Shurflo Revolution water pump with Sealflo accumulator (much quieter than factory). The couch folds out to a bed with an inflatable mattress with sheets - never used. Upgraded speakers, etc, etc. Bottom line - I’ve done everything I’ve wanted to do to this camper to make it comfortable and safe. So why sell? I’ll be 61 this year and it’s time to downsize.

The one thing that sets this fifth wheel apart from the rest is the massive living area. With two large opposing slide-outs, it creates a huge living space.

Also, this unit can be towed with a truck bed as small as 5.5’ without the need for an expensive slider hitch. The brochure claims the unit can be towed with a “modern” 1/2 ton truck but I strongly recommend a minimum of a 3/4 ton for Arizona or anywhere mountainous.
