This is a hard to find chassis with the larger Cummins ISC engine, but in the 36ft floorplan. Very powerful and maneaverable. Owned for about 5 years and updated several features.
- Removed CRT TV and replaced with flat screen HD TV with Blueray player.
- Upgraded the 3 reverse camera system with newer color screen and much higher resolution.
- Installed 6 tire pressure monitoring system.
- Custom built large gear rack to significantly increase storage (can be included).
- Upgraded Front A/C with 15000 BTU unit (up from 13500)
- Upgraded interior lights with LED's for less battery drain

Recent maintenance:
- Compete fuel system overhaul including priming pump, lower pressure mechanical pump, and very expensive high pressure pump.
- All fluids, oil filter, and fuel filters just completed about 1000 miles ago.
- 6 brand new batteries for house and chassis.
- New serpentine belt.
- New thermostat.
- Generator recently serviced and relaced throttle control.
- New slide toppers front and rear.
- New motor on motorized side awning.
- New motor on entry step.
- New house water pump.

We have priced this coach at exactly NADA guides average with the above upgrades/recent maintenance in mind, as well as the below disclosures.
- Rear AC unit doesn't function (front AC cools coach just fine, but would we will replace the rear unit for cost only if buyer desires, heater also works perfect)
- Right front mirror no longer power adjusts
- Fuel gauge is intermittent, although we just log mileage and know it has a 100 gal tank.
- Need to watch temperature on long steep hills in the summer, radiator is original with coach.
