First off welcome to our RV. It is a Forest River Sand piper 381RBOK. It has been a great trailer for my family. We did the following upgrades

Roof vent covers, new toilet seal rings, awning motor, and new battery last month.

Also comes with
Sewer drainage hoses
2 sidewinder sewer hose supports
Jack pads
Tire covers
Water hoses
Extra water heater element
90 degree 50 amp cord

And possible a CURT 20K non sliding hitch.
Has 3 small cracks in the back shell of coach, they have been glued and sealed with silicone I never felt the need to have panel replaced no other issues.
