Ford E350 Chassis runs and drives good. Ample storage inside and out. Microwave, coffee maker, air conditioner, and refrigerator/freezer. Flatscreen TV with built-in dvd player. Generator has been removed and replaced with 3,000 watt inverter and two 8D batteries for on-the-road power. Generator available if requested, runs rough. 1992 with only 59,000 miles. Needs some cosmetic work. (As a seller, I prefer to be completely transparent, so please view the attached video for highlighted flaws). Tire that was bubbling has been replaced.

FAQs:
Has there been any water damage? There was a roof leak early this spring, which is why the bed over the cab has been completely gutted and redone. The roof was repaired with RV-grade butyl putty tape.
When was the roof last sealed? Only the front of the roof leaked and therefore this was the only part of the roof that was sealed this spring. The rest of the roof is a rubber roof that does not seem to have any leaks.

What do you with it during the winter? We actually use it right through the winter! The propane heater works very well and holds 40lbs. When we are not using it, we just drain the water lines and make sure all the tanks are empty. It's pretty quick and easy to "winterize" it.
Do you have maintenance records? Because my husband is a mechanic, we do most of our work ourselves and therefore may have some receipts, but very few dealership records. I do have all the original manuals, however.
How long have you had it? We have had it for about three years and as far as I know, it has always had Michigan plates on it (and some MI bumper stickers).
Is it in need of anything?
2 tires (still holding air, but low tread and starting to bubble)
Cosmetic issues: Needs headliner in cab, Peeling wallpaper in bathroom (see photos).
