Low mileage 14k miles, well taken care of 37” motorhome, with office space, new wooden look laminate flooring, workhorse chassis, GM Vortex 8 cylinder 10L, 2nd owner, large refrigerator, Onan generator recently serviced w new carburateur, new tires and brakes, one solar panel,Powerful takes any hill even while flat towing a Jeep Wrangler.Previous owner also took very well care: only drove for weekends from San Jose to Halfmoonbay and one trip to Yellowstonepark.  In between trips it was stored completely covered between the two properties they owned.  Despite low mileage, preventative maintenance was done annually. In 2019 new tires and brakes were put on.  I bought it in May last year to reside more in nature during COVID lockdown.  I had the carpet removed and replaced by top quality laminate wooden look flooring. Removed the couch a and put in a electrical adjustable office desk and flat panel computer screen, as also gave it a modern natural Native American decorative edge with cushions and hand woven blankets  from world market.
