41'9" Toy Hauler with 14' garage, 3 slides, fire place, queen bed, 2 large awnings on the side as well as a small awning for the back porch. 3 A/Cs, auto leveling, outdoor TV, 4 TVs in all, 1 and a half bath, large fridge, along with most of all the other creature comforts. Also has satellite dish.The good: The entire awning, components and all were replaced recently. Also has a new roof lining. Recently had the RV inspected and serviced, everything is in working order. New mattress in the master.The not so good: There is a scuff in the floor in the main living area, there is a dent in one of the fridge doors. Neither are terrible but worth mentioning. The couch is an eye sore HOWEVER current price includes me replacing the couch. If you want to deal with it, then I will knock 1500 off the price. It is clean, but as with most RVs the fake leather has almost all fallen off. We have a couch cover on it.
