Our Camper is on a site in Gunnison next to Blue Mesa. You can look up the specs and floor plan at rvusa.com. We are the second owners having purchased this in 2016. The original owners parked this in Arizona, then returned it to the Dealer in Colorado (RV'ing wasn't for them). We had it delivered to a campground in Gunnison where it has been the entire time. Less than 1,000 miles on the road, the original tires look new. The original purchase price was $94,000 (we have the paperwork). We added a Cummins 5500 watt generator and awnings for the 4 slide outs ($7,000). We replaced the heater control module last year and the hot water heater module 2 years ago. We have used this camper for 3-5 weeks a year since we have owned it.

There is a stainless steel dishwasher (never hooked up). It has the All Weather Package and plumbed for the washer and dryer. Everything works. nothing is broken. I have never winterized this as the systems drain just fine. The camper is fully equipped with nice bedding, towels, dishes, cookware, Weber grill, Traeger smoker, Camp Chef 2 burner stove, fire pit, 2 Boating chairs, 2 Gravity Chairs and much more. The main TV and stereo are nice, there is a Sony TV in the bedroom and both TVs have Sony Blu-ray DVD players.
