26 foot 260FS Fleetwood Gearbox. We have done all of the updates ourselves. Repainted kitchen cabinets, new back splash, new wallpaper in master bedroom. Has brand new vinyl floors for easy clean up.  This sleeps 6-8, has a queen in the front, queen top bunk, bottom is a full that folds into a sofa. The dinette turns into a full. Bathroom has a shower/ tub combo with brand new shower head. Fits a 2 seater 2020 Can am maverick x3 72" wide with room to get out of the car. Will fit a small quad in kitchen area with the car. Can also fit 4 seater Polaris 62" wide. Garage length  is 14' 6" . We recently installed brand new electric jack and scissor stabilizer jacks. Installed brand new bin locks. Has 4 brand new tires. Left side of trailer has some minor damage from a tire blowout along the bottom moulding. Comes with a fuel station and outdoor shower. Has 120 gal fresh water tank, 55 gal grey water, and 40 black.
