Beautiful, fun family RV.

The master bedroom has a king bed with an organic cotton/wool mattress with lots of storage. The kitchen/front room is spacious with a futon and table and chairs. The refrigerator runs well keeping a weeks worth of food for a family of four well stocked. The pantry is large with additional shelving. The bathroom has a private door to the front room as well as the outdoors. The bath has a tub, affording children a bath, which is a unique experience for most family campers. The bunkhouse is so cool (according to my kids who made forts and played in their own space). The separate room is a plus for families allowing individual space for homeschooling, working and playing. A favorite feature was the outdoor kitchen with sink that one could easily add an outdoor shower. The exterior storage rack worked perfect to carry our bikes and extras when needed like a surfboard.

New additions: We put on new Goodyear Endurance tires in January 2021. We had the A-frame metal reinforced in February 2021 (with a Lippert manufacturer warranty of 3 years). We are strengthening slide flooring in May 2021. We added insulation in the kids room so it is warm and snug between outer openings. We have kept the roof and doors sealed. We have cared for this RV better than our home. There is an 6 year extended warranty that we can transfer to you. It is our escape and vehicle for creating memories and fulfilling dreams.

We can discuss the option to include additional features that have made camping more enjoyable for us: King cell phone signal booster, 3500 Predator generator, and large dehumidifier. We made this unit special for our family and I'm sure you will reap the benefits of our efforts.

If needed, there is a well matched 2008 F250 Super Duty diesel Crew Cab 4x4 with suspension airbags and heavy hitch. It has lots of miles but it's in great shape. It has a front bench seat with fold down arm rest and back seat is comfy and spacious. Snow chains are available for both the truck and RV. We wisely never had to pull the RV with chains.
