Loaded with most of the factory options available.

I purchased this in the fall of 2018 and it had never been used. The hangtags were still on it and the mattress was still in the wrapper. It currently has about 20 days of camping use in it. Everything works. No leaks (and never had any). Any problems are cosmetic. There is a break in the wall paper/board over the couch. There is very, very slight signs of wear on the couch seating. None noticeable with out a very close inspection. Bed is great. No chips or scratches in paint or cupboards.

Listed weight is 2348lbs but it is heavier than that with the options.
This unit with these options retails new for $37,985. I am selling for $26,950.
