One owner, low mileage, well maintained RV with normal wear and tear. No major issues. New tires, awnings in 2018. Two new coach batteries in 2019.On board generator, t.v., dvd/cd player. Will include solar panels for dry camping (already wired in to RV) and battery charging, all leveling jacks/blocks, sewage and fresh water hoses, electrical cords/surge protector, rugs and other amenities. Dealer's, I'm not interested in trades or trading it in for another RV.
Very clean and well maintained. Brazilian Cherry interior, with all appliances in good working order (Refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, air conditioner, CD/DVD player, LCD flat screen).
This rig boasts a Ford V10, 6.8 liter engine with plenty of power to pull a pontoon up any of Colorado's mountains. This 305 horsepower engine sits on a Ford 450 "dually" chassis, with a 55 gallon fuel tank and get's around 15 mpg, on a reasonable grade and with reasonable load on it.
