FL2004 Newmar Mountain Aire 4016. Newmar is known for its quality and craftsmanship, and are still in business today with factory support. This sits on a Freightliner chassis with the ISL 400 Cummins. All 6 tires have 2019 date codes. In 2019, it had a full service, including the Onan 7500 generator, which has 1234 hrs. At the time of the service, 3 brand new AGM batteries were installed. The roof was also sealed around the same time. This is a non smoking, no pet coach in great condition. Everything works as it should. A new, built in ice maker was installed last year. An Amish cooling unit for the refrigerator was installed 2 weeks ago, and man what a difference. Plus, there is no fire hazard with this unit, unlike the Norcold old system. Everything in the hot water heater has been replaced and so far, a 20 minute hot shower is now the normal. There is a 40" flat screen on a swing out mount. There is a scratch on the basement door from the previous owner. I tried to show that in a picture.
