Our camper is in near-mint condition. We purchased it to live in after Hurricane Michael hit Panama City. It sat in our driveway for a little over a year but has only been towed a few miles.

The camper has two separate bedrooms with doors that close for privacy. One bedroom is a bunk room with two bunks and a sofa that pulls out to a bed. There is a TV or computer mount in this room, too.

There is a kitchen/living area with a pull-out sofa and a dining table. There is a TV or computer mount in the living area as well. The camper comes equipped with an indoor/outdoor sound system, an indoor and outdoor shower, an inside kitchen with a full-size refrigerator, and an outdoor kitchen with a microwave and mini-fride. There is a lighted, electronic, retractable awning.

The master bedroom contains a three-drawer dresser and a large closet with additional storage on the wall and under the bed. The Master bedroom has a separate closet for a stackable washer and dryer, with hook-ups installed.

We are also including two propane tanks and two hoses for water and drainage. We have all the paperwork, and parts, as purchased.

There is a roof vent in each bedroom and the bathroom. Electric air conditioning and propane heat. Also, includes a fire detector and a carbon monoxide detector
