Two roof A/C's work well, portable whole house filter, Travelsoft water softener & DISH tailgaiter w/ Walley, and ladder bicycle rack included. Newer tires, rubber roof and LED lights inside. Ready for travel season or full-time living. The RV is 13 years old and was used outdoors all of it's life, so there are some cracked decals, sun discoloration and a couple exterior window gaskets corners have pulled, but all are water tight, just cosmetic. ENORMOUS basement!
