Pre-owned 2019 Jayco JayFlight SLX 8 264BH travel trailer, in like new condition. We are the original owners, selling due to upgrading to a bigger travel trailer. At purchase, we upgraded to the power tongue jack and solid entry steps. Since purchase, we have also upgraded to the oversize entry handle, added a Stromberg Carlson "A frame" trailer shelf which is perfect for holding a cooler or generator, and added a LevelMate Pro which will bluetooth to your smart phone to assist with leveling the trailer at your campsite via the free app. All furniture and bed mattresses are in excellent shape. This trailer has the power awning with LED light strip hidden underneath. We will leave the 2 wall mounted TV's in place. We will include the original 20 pound LP tanks and hard cover when selling. The weight distribution and anti sway L brackets seen in the photo will be removed as they are part of my truck's towing package. This trailer has had light use and was always well maintained. This trailer is set up for 30 amp service and we had a 30 amp plug installed in the driveway so that it could be plugged in year round. In the hottest summer months, we did run the AC to keep the inside from getting too hot while parked unused in the driveway and in the winter we used a small space heater inside to help maintain an above freezing temp while unused. This trailer's plumbing is currently winterized, so I will not be able to turn on the water, but I can assure you that as of last fall, all plumbing was perfect with no leaks. This trailer is in EXCELLENT shape, was a great family camper, and was a great starter trailer for our family. This trailer is ready to go on your camping adventures. You can buy it and take it straight to your campsite. Water supply and sewer drain hoses will be included. This travel trailer is being financed so the bank currently holds the title. Once sold, I will provide you a bill of sale and will send you the title as soon as the bank releases it. Trailer is being sold AS IS with no warranty included.
