Brand new. Have only had for 7 months. Taken only three trips locally. Kept under cover while at home. Mint condition with the slide awnings and 2 AC's. Solar prep and washer/dryer prep. We are new campers, and need to sell this one to purchase another with a bunkhouse for the grandkids. Still under warranty.
