Master has electric fireplace in front of sofa, and dual heat/ac unit above bed.
Toy hauler (12'x8') has queen sized bed with electric lift. The seats underneath also fold out into another queen sized bed.
Contains washer/dryer hookups. May come with a dryer upon selling.

There is a complete solar system that works absolutely great and recharges fully everyday with decent sunlight. Comes with 5500w generator that works great. This fifth wheel comes with lots of extras such as 4 different types of stabilizers, x chocks, and lots of leveling blocks/pressure treated wood.
Trailer also contains fuel station. This is wear you will gas up genetaor and also pump out for ATV's or other toys.

I just paid registration so it’s good for another year.

The bad & the ugly: Cosmetic damage- Got a scratch on the front when moving it recently. There is also a small crack on driver's side near master slide out. Unfortunately, I cannot have repaired in California where I currently have it because it's illegal. Needs to be taken to a shop to have done, I don't have the ability to do that at the moment so buyer will need to have done if they wish.
