We are the second owners. The original owners were elderly that were diagnosed with some health problems and were unable to continue using the rv. It has been very well taken care of and is in very good condition. We lived in it while our house was being built and now we no longer need it. Both air conditioners have recently been replaced. Lots of storage and lighting. There are a lot of extras for set up in the huge storage cabinet underneath, as well as tire covers to protect them from the sun. There is one cosmetic scratch on the outside front corner which was there when we purchased it and you will see it in one of the pictures.
