Leisure Days is a 55+ community where the residents make you feel like family.

There’s plenty of activity here, with events like bingo, scrapbooking, coffee and donuts, shuffleboard, dances, potlucks, arts & crafts and more. The Busy Hands Quilting, Crocheting, and Knitting Club is the pride of Leisure Days, donating hundreds of hand-made items to the community each year. It’s things like this that make Leisure Days such a special and unique place to live.

Located in Zephyrhills, we enjoy country living but are still just minutes from everything you’ll need. Tampa and Orlando are less than an hour away, so you’re in the heartbeat of Florida.

We offer year round, seasonal and RV lots. We have homes for sale and for rent. Come see one of our brand new homes. We have something for everyone here!
