Snowbirds this is your home away from home. spend the winters with us. we are centrally located in between Disney and Clearwater Beach. One visit and you will find yourself falling in love with the Sanlan lifestyle. In addition to the solar heated swimming pools, activity centers, a fitness center, shuffleboard and bocce courts, pickle ball, and a new dart board center, we feature more than 7 miles of meandering, shaded trails. Golf carts are available for rent by the hour, day or week for easy mobility on the trails or the trails are suitable for hiking or jogging.

Our resort features two distinct 9-hole golf courses, recently being renovated.
You can get to know your friendly neighbors at the many regularly scheduled activities, especially during our peak winter season. Water aerobics, dances, and strawberry ice cream socials..

We are a pet-friendly facility, so you and your pet can enjoy everything our RV park has to offer together. Many beautiful water view areas, and many green areas. Fishing is allowed in the larger lake area and since we are private property, as a guest no fishing license required. there are so many thing to keep you busy. We are an active resort for those that want to have fun! or just relax in this beautiful Retreat!
